Delivery and Setup
Defective/Damaged merchandise delivered and setup by Treehouse Kids Co. will be serviced and/or replaced by our Delivery Team. We will reorder the necessary parts and re-deliver those items at no additional cost. Delivery fees are extra and must be paid in full prior to the delivery and setup of furniture in the customer's residence. Extra mileage fees will apply each additional 25 miles. We do not
accept any C.O.D.s.

Warehouse Pickups
Prior to picking up furniture orders at our
warehouse,

Customers must have their Treehouse Kids Co. Sales Receipt at time of pick-up or we are unable to fill the order

Customer orders must be paid in full at the Treehouse
Kids Co. Retail Store

Appointments to pick up the order must be made at the
Treehouse Kids Co. Retail Store

Pickups are by appointment only and times will vary. Please call the store to schedule a pickup

Customers must show their Treehouse Kids Co. Receipt
to Warehouse supervisory personnel
Warehouse is closed on Thursdays.

Return Policy
There is a 30% restocking fee for any return
or cancellation of furniture orders or special/custom ordered
products and the balanced will be refunded. You may also be subject
to a restocking fee for any changes to an order once the order is
prepared for shipment by the manufacturer.
Please Note: Damaged merchandise must be reported to the Store within 7 Days of Picking up furniture. Customers are responsible for returning/exchanging defective/damaged merchandise at the warehouse by appointment to pickup their replacement items if the customer originally picked up their order.
In-store stock items, with the exception of furniture (see above for furniture return policy), may be returned for a full
refund of exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase
in its original packaging, may not be worn or machine-washed.
Wallpaper/borders must be unopened. Clearence and floor-model
furniture and/or items are to be deemed as "All Sales are
Final."

There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks. |

Service Calls
There will be a $30.00 charge for any residential
service calls to assist and/or troubleshoot furniture assembly, payable at
the time of the visit. If there are manufacturer's defects, the fee
will be waived and we will order the necessary parts
Special Order Lead Times and
Backordered Items
Request Dates Are Not Promise Dates. Due to
manufacturers stocking availability or changes to production schedules
which is not controlled by Treehouse Kids Co., our manufacturers strive to
maintain the 8-10 week delivery times; however, if an item becomes
backordered, we will let you know as soon as we know.
