Return Policy
There is a 30% restocking fee for any return
or cancellation of furniture orders or special/custom ordered
products and the balanced will be refunded. You may also be subject
to a restocking fee for any changes to an order once the order is
prepared for shipment by the manufacturer.
Any claims of damage must be made within 7 days
of receiving your furniture/special order items or the claim may be
refused by the manufacturer.
In-store stock items may be returned for a full
refund of exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase
in its original packaging, may not be worn or machine-washed.
Wallpaper/borders must be unopened. Clearence and floor-model
furniture and/or items are to be deemed as "All Sales are
Final."

Service Calls
There will be a $30.00 charge for any residential
service calls to assist/troubleshoot furniture assembly payable at
the time of the visit. If there are manufacturer's defects, the fee
will be waived and we will order the necessary parts.
Delivery and Setup Services
Full payment must be made before any delivery and/or
setup service appointments are fulfilled. We do not
accept any C.O.D.s
Check Return Policy
There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks.
