Treehouse Baby & Kids Resale & Consignment Department is Now Open and accepting Gently Used Merchandise.
Merchandise Drop off Days are Mondays and Thursdays. Furniture Drop Off is by Appointment Only.
We accept merchandise based on the selection needed for the store, in season items and condition. "No Thank You" merchandise (items not accepted) will be returned to the customer or the customer may opt to have the items donated.
25% of the Resell Value will be paid for customer's opting for a Cash payout.
35% of the Resell Value will be paid for customer's opting to Trade and Treehouse Dollars will be placed on a Gift Card. Gift Cards are valid up to 1 year from the last transaction date.
40% of the Resell Value will be paid for customer's opting to Consign larger ticket items such as furniture or gear. Consigned items are placed on the sales floor up to 90 days. After 90 Days the customer may opt to resign the consignment agreement, pickup or donate their merchandise. Customer must pickup, donate or resign within 10 Days of the contract expiring or the item will automatically be donated.
Cash Payouts larger than $50 will be paid by check and will be mailed to the customer from the office.
Treehouse Baby & Kids determines the resell pricing for all items based on fair market value.
Clothing
Items are to be brought in a flat container such as a storage bin, laundry basket or box. Sorry no paper or plastic bags.
Please keep all outfits together, folded or laid out flat in the container.
Please check for holes, stains, rips, missing buttons, snaps and working zippers.
All clothing should be freshly laundered with no SMOKE, PET or MUSTY odors. Please have the clothing right side out.
Only “Name Brand” and Fashions 2 years old or newer clothing.
Shoes need to have laces and in good condition.

Furniture, Toys and Baby Gear
Less than 5 years of age and in working order with all parts and pieces.
Accepted items: Strollers, Infant & Convertible Carseats 2 years old or less, pack n' plays, swings, jump-a-roos, baby carriers, monitors, play mats, bassinets, highchairs, booster seats, toys, indoor & outdoor play equipment, cribs from January 2012 or newer.
We CANNOT accept carseats more than 2 years old, breast pumps, crib bedding, humidifiers, bottles/nipples, food processing items, pacifiers, underwear, training pants or personal hygiene items.
