Weekend Rate (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

NOW $260 for 3 Hours or $285 after 6pm for 3 Hours 

$75 per additional hour

Weekday Rate (Monday through Thursday)

NOW $60 per hour 

Note:  You can pay for the party room package online, but you Must call store to book/confirm date & time

Rates include Room Rental, Tables, Chairs, and Cleanup Services for Small Parties.  Larger Parties see our Atrium Sun Room Pricing for upto 200 guests.

$150 Security Deposit Required to Book/Confirm Date and Time

1. Balance is due day of the event
2. Cancellation is required 30 days prior to Event for a Full Refund of the Security Deposit; If cancellation occurs within 30 days period prior to Event, customer will not be refunded the $150 deposit
3. Additional Fees for Paper Products/Utensils, Catering/Beverage or Baking Services must be paid upfront and are NON-Refundable
4. Guest may take possession of room 1 hour prior to rental time to setup decorations, food or items delivered to room **If Setup services are hired from THK Events, decorations must be delivered 1 week prior to event and review party room layout
5. Tables provided include Seating for Guests, Gift Table, Food/Beverage Table
6. Guest may bring in own food and beverages.
7. Guest may supply music, hire a musician for background music; however, loud music will not be permitted prior to 6pm or during store hours.
8. Parking is available in Front, Sides and Rear of Building.  Guests may use the Front Entrances to enter the Party Room
9. THK Event Staff will Cleanup room & dispose of any waste, garbage.  If customer wants to take home left over food, containers/storage bags must be provided by the Guest
