Terms & Conditions

For Our Online & In-Store Guests:  

  • For in-stock items, please allow 3-5 business days for processing in addition to shipping times.  Any orders placed placed after 5PM EST will begin processing the following business day.       **********Furniture Orders are not eligible for Ground Shipping.
  • For any Special Order items, please refer to the following Ordering Times.  Please note these are Estimations:  Furniture Orders 8-12 Order time; 2-8 weeks for bedding items, 2-6 weeks for baby gear and strollers.  
  • For items that are Drop Shipped from the manufacturer, they may ship separately from your order and are subject to the manufacturer's drop ship fee.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on drop shipped items.  
  • For items that become Back Ordered you may 1) Cancel your order for a refund;  2) Pick an available substitution; or  3) Wait until that item becomes available.  As soon as we are notified of a Back Order that affects your order, we will contact you. IF YOU CANCEL A SPECIAL ORDER FOR ANY REASON BESIDE A BACK ORDER, YOU WILL BE ASSESSED A 30% RESTOCKING FEE.
  • In Store Furniture Pickup's are schedule by appointment only on Saturday's between 12pm-4pm
  • Deliveries are scheduled by appointment.

In-store Return Policy: 30% Restocking Fee for any Cancellations or Returns of Furniture or Special Order Items.  There is a 15 Day Return for gifts and accessories in stock items with a copy of your receipt.  (This excludes special orders)   Returns without a receipt will be issued for Store Credit Only.  Purchases over $25 paid with Check will have a 5-7 day Clearing Period before a refund will be issued..  Final Payments by Check will Require a 5-7 Day Clearing Period prior to Pickup or Delivery.  All Sales are Final on Clearance and Floor Models.
